Deberá enviar su artículo a nuestra oficina de Madrid en su embalaje original y sin muestras de uso o daño.

  2. RECOGIDA del producto a domicilio. Podemos recoger su devolución por 7€. Pago adelantado del servicio por bizum.

  3. PRESENCIAL puede entregarlo personalmente en nuestra céntrica oficina de Madrid, mediante cita previa por whatssap. 

Una vez recibido el artículo procedemos a su reembolso en un plazo de 24 a 48 horas. Recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación.

Se aplicará un cargo Mínimo de 5€ en concepto de envio y manipulación del pedido original

CAMBIO DE UN ARTICULO POR OTRO 

Deberá devolver su artículo a nuestra oficina de Madrid. A su recepción, en su embalaje original y sin muestras de uso o daño, le enviamos el nuevo producto elegido para el cambio sin ningún cargo adicional. La posible diferencia de precio se le reembolsará al medio de pago original, o si el precio es mayor en el artículo del cambio, le solicitaremos  el abono de dicha diferencia. 

CAMBIO PRESENCIAL en oficina de Madrid con CITA PREVIA por whatassap. 

LOGÍSTICA inversa Piamonte. El transportista le recoge el artículo anterior y le enviamos el nuevo. 

Coste logística inversa 10€. 

Recuerde: la logística inversa premium es aplicable únicamente a cambios de productos de piel Piamonte.
